BUT did you know this about Tiffany?

Behind Team Lund Real Estate with Tiffany Gutkowski

In case you've never met Team Lund and are looking for some more information on how we can serve you best, let's start off with some basics!

What do you do within Team Lund Real Estate? In what circumstances would we come to you for something?

I handle the marketing of listings and transaction coordinating (paperwork and deadlines) for all escrows. I assist Becky & Nelson on the happenings during escrows and handle database management. Clients would come to me mostly once they are in escrow and have questions regarding disclosures, timeframes, the escrow process, and more.

So what makes you different from other Real Estate Agents?

Genuinely clients come first...their wants & needs, not the money. Having a team allows us to divide tasks and focus on our strengths which results in better service for our clients.

We know there are plenty of Realtors in Sacramento County, If you had to pick one thing, what would you say is Team Lund's Competitive Advantage?

Our team is definitely part of our competitive advantage. Also, our local knowledge due to having many years of experience in the region plays a big part.

Thanks, Tiffany! Help us to get to know you a little more.. Let's start at the beginning.

How do you prefer to start your day?

At home, I play with my dogs, eat breakfast, exercise/stretch then get ready for the day. At work, I review emails first to prioritize importance. Then I just work to knock items off my to-do list and "put out fires".

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I always wanted to be a mom. Other than that probably a vet or teacher. I really can't remember.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

Don't sweat the small stuff. This was important because I'm detail-oriented and I tend to overemphasize the small stuff. It was given by my husband.

What’s something—big or small—that you’re really bad at?

Being early and even on time. I try to do too much before leaving resulting in rushing and either arriving right on time or up to 5 mins late. Why not just leave 10 minutes earlier to reduce stress be early or on time?! Someday.

What’s something—big or small—that you’re really good at?

Details, details, details!

If you could add one thing to Team Lund's office, what would it be?

An espresso machine with the fancy flavors and ice.

How many clients have you helped over the Years?

I have helped hundreds of clients since being with Team Lund.

What’s one of your favorite memories from the past year?

Working from home with my kids schooling at home was different and enjoyable

What’s your most hated household chore?

Cleaning the bathtub and shower.

What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?

Not multitasking too much.

What would we find you doing on the weekend?

On the weekend I would be cleaning my house, doing laundry, grocery shopping, riding bikes or SUP-ing, or taking a small trip.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?

My title would be Go Away because I like to get away from the crowds. I go biking, camping, kayaking/SUP-ing, and more where people are not - except for my family or friend I go with. I love nature and being away from the crowds.

Thank you Tiffany for that behind-the-scenes peek to help us get to know you better!
