Our team is our biggest advantage. Having an amazing staff helps us to be available for our clients even when we are at appointments. We have multiple people who can show houses to our clients so we can cater to their schedule!

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a fireman.

"This is a relationship business. That applies to your clients, other agents, lenders, title reps, etc. Create good relationships built on trust and you'll do well" - Becky Lund.
What’s something—big or small—that you’re really bad at?
I'm really bad at picking up after myself- my fiance loves picking up after me.
What’s something—big or small—that you’re really good at?
I'm really good at remembering random, useless pieces of trivia and fun facts.
If you could add one thing to Team Lund's office, what would it be?
More snacks.
How many clients have you helped over the Years?
It's a privilege to have been able to help 120 clients.
What’s one of your favorite memories from the past year?
Helping a young couple get their first house. We submitted almost 40 offers because their price range was so competitive. We ended up with their favorite house and they couldn't be happier!
What’s your most hated household chore?
Any kind of laundry - I always screw it up.
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Market statistics in areas we aren't specialists in. I'm currently working on San Francisco.
If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
I would rather have a documentary filmed like "The Office"
