Your Home Search
Buying a home is a big decision. To make the process less overwhelming, we suggest the first two steps you take in your home search to be determining your wants and needs (i.e. house size, lot size, turnkey or fixer, location/proximity to amenities) and getting pre-approved by a reputable lender so that you know not only what price you're qualified for but what price you're comfortable with.
We'd be happy to refer you to a number of experienced lenders to answer your questions, review loan options and get you pre-approved. Once you've chosen a lender and know your price range, to help you get a feel for the specific communities and pinpoint the areas you like, check out our neighborhood information page. You'll find lifestyle information including walkability and transit scores, dining rates, commute time, as well as housing information. After you've narrowed down an area, create a home search with our Advanced Search option which allows you to enter in specific house criteria for your choice of areas. Or, create a Mapped Search by drawing a polygon around your area of interest and use the filter option to enter some general criteria. If you have any questions about creating a search, would like more information about a home you've found or would like to view a home, just give us a call!
