If it were not for Becky Lund, I would not be a current homeowner. I dreamed of buying a home but that dream didn't seem possible for me. Being a single mom living paycheck to paycheck, no savings to speak of, and a bankruptcy because of divorce, I gave up on the possibility of ever owning my own home. I applied for and qualified for services of a nonprofit corporation whose goal is to maximize home ownership opportunities for people in my situation, to solve credit and financial problems, help determine what I could afford and assist me throughout the mortgage process. I had hoped my dream would come true! I lacked the experience required to deal with the complex issues surrounding home purchase and ownership and the personnel I was working with at the nonprofit, unfortunately, offered very little help and made the issues more confusing. I felt overwhelmed and was about to give up on my dream of buying a home. Then I had the opportunity to share my dilemmas with Becky. She offered to take a look at the "mountain" of paperwork and try to make sense of it all. With her expertise and patience, together we "jumped through the hoops." When I was at my wits end, she would remind me of my goal. It was Becky's enthusiasm, encouraging spirit and dedication that made my dream possible. I have been a happy homeowner for five years now.

| It was a matter of minutes before Becky was able and willing to help sell a home for me. When she found out I had a home to sell she asked for the chance to market it. It was a pricy home and difficult market, or so I thought. She and her team worked diligently with daily conversations and many open houses. Within four months it was sold. Hard work, good team effort, open houses, and great communication, that is what Becky is made of, I would recommend her in a minute. She never gave up.
